LETTER OF INVITATION

Dear Bidder;

1.       The Região Administrativa Especial de Oé-Cusse Ambeno e Zonas Especiais de Economia de Social de Mercado - República Democrática de Timor-Leste (RAEOA – ZEESM TL) is inviting all qualified local (registered and based in Timor-Leste) and international companies which are legally-constituted and have legal capacity to do business in Timor-Leste to provide their best offer for the Supply of Survey Equipment for RAEOA-ZEESM TL located in Oebau, Pante Macassar, Oé-Cusse Ambeno, Timor-Leste.

2.       More details on the required goods and related services are provided in the Schedule of Requirements.

3.       A Supplier will be selected based on eligibility, substantial compliance with the minimum technical requirements and lowest price offer.
