Description
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is a specialized Agency of the United Nations based in Rome. In accordance with the Headquarters Agreement between the Italian Government and IFAD, the Organization and its Professional staff belonging to Category I are exempt from all direct taxes, customs duties and any other taxes or levies.
IFAD is looking for information for provision of duty-free items for approximately 80 entitled staff enjoying diplomatic status in Italy.
IFAD will allocate free of charge a space to set-up a Gift-shop open to all IFAD staff (approx. 600 persons). The contractor shall be required to manage the Gift-shop at its own expense.
Through this RFI IFAD would like to receive a description of the company and a detailed description of the available services offered by your company for the provision and management of a Gift-shop open to all IFAD staff and the provision of duty-free items to staff enjoying diplomatic status.
