1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for the Supply and Delivery of Air Conditioniing Split Units, Inverter Series Technology to (a) UNAMI Compound Green Zone, Baghdad, (b) UNAMI Erbil Regional Office, Erbil Iraq and (c) UNAMI Facilities, Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Baghdad, Iraq in accordance with the approved specifications, delivery terms, general conditions, and other related documents. 2.0 The requirement includes the Supply AC Split unit invertor series technology. Mode: Cooling and heating A. Capacity: 2.5 Tons, 7336-30000 Btu cooling, 5800-35000 BTU heating. B) Capacity: 0.4-1.75 Tons, 4750-21250 Btu cooling, 7350-23500 BTU heating. C) Capacity: 0.25-1.1 Tons, 3105-13000 Btu cooling, 2388-13989 BTU heating D) Capacity: 0.5-2.3 Tons, 6800-27500 Btu cooling, 6800-32500 Btu heating 3.0 UNAMI intends to award a contract / Purchase Order to the bidder that clearly demonstrates through a written bid a high degree of compliance with technical specifications and meeting the following mandatory requirements : 3.1) Technical specification of ACs must meet as specified in our item list and its spare parts must be available 3.2) The Brand of offered Air-Conditioners must have authorized dealer in Iraq to provide. 3.3) The Supplier must provide manufacturer’s given warranty,the supplier must give three years warranty from the date of supply and the warranty will include replacement of all defective parts including but not limited to its Compressor. 3.4) The bidder shall provide the technical specification sheet, certifications and the details of the Iraqi dealer for the proposed model/brand. 3.5) UNAMI delivery terms are successfully met. 4.0 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and issue accordingly formal solicitation documents with detailed specifications, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI's requirement. 5.0 In addition, the interested companies (New Vendors Only) are requested to complete their registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org) at level 1 or above. 6.0 Please note on the following: a) This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid/proposal. b) UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender document. c) UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
