Description
The United Nations is seeking expressions of interest from companies interested in participating in a solicitation process to identify a suitable vendor for a long term contractual agreement for the provision of merchant services. The United Nations has several commercial services activities which require the use of merchant services, including, but not limitied to: - Card-Present payment processing for debit and credit card payments for Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express; - Card-Not-Present and internet transaction processing; - Point-of-sale (POS) solution: Either utilise the currently used cloud-based system, Erply, if full integration is possible with the entire card processing mechanism and inventory activities of the POS, or propose another POS solution; - Payment gateways for online payments, either Drupal Commerce or an alternative credit card gateway; - Credit card payment terminals (stationary and wireless) enabled for EMV chip and pin; - Standard warranty for any equipment provided; - Depositing of revenue; - Availability of deposited funds, within the days, however, preferably next day; - Reporting tools, such as summary as well as transaction specific details for all payments made by every card type or source of payment through every payment processing channel. Reports shall be customisable; - Customer service and technical assistance; - Managed risk solutions, such as Card Verification Number.
