New clarification added: Question 1: Good day, many thanks for the amendment to your Form B Price Schedule. However may we please just clarify in the context of each deliverable (as listed) what would we list as the Daily Rate (USD) for one deliverable? Would we need to use the assumption that 1 person at a specific rate is completing the entire deliverable (as opposed to having a team of personnel? Would it not be possible to only list the number of days required for each deliverable, together with the total Price for the deliverable and then separately list each proposed personnel with their daily rates and number of days allocated, per deliverable?Answer 1: It is possible to only list the number of days required for each deliverable, together with the total price for the deliverable and then separately list each proposed personnel with their daily rates and number of days allocated, per deliverable.

New clarification added: Question 1: Please advise what information you require in Form B under Unit Price from Item No. 1 - 7. Do you want the average hourly rate?Answer 1: Please refer to Amendment 1 of the RfQ, Section IV: Returnable Bidding, Form B: Price Schedule Form was amended.

The amendment is on the following section: Section IV: Returnable Bidding FormsForm B: Price Schedule Form Please refer to the revised Form B. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ except, as revised herein, shall remain unchanged.

New clarification added: Question 1: Visit to the cities would be necessary for responding to research question. Please confirm if city visits are covered under the budget.Answer 1: The researchers are not expected to carry out missions to the cities.Question 2: If city visits are not envisaged for case studies then would specific data related to service pricing be made available by client; please confirm.Answer 2: The implementing entity is expected to provide all data/information required to complete the assignment. Question 3 It is requested to suggest the names of cities to be covered under the research be provided for better clarity.Answer 3: As per the Schedule of Requirements, suggested case studies should be provided by the implementing entity, based on the selection criteria provided. The final selection will be done in close coordination with, and approval by, Cities Alliance secretariat.Question 4: It is requested to extend the submission date by at least 10 days. This would help in identifying best experts for responding to TOR.Answer 4: No extension of the submission date is expected at this time. Any extension will be notified through the UNOPS e-Sourcing system.Question 5: Please share budget provided for the research work.Answer 5: We are unable to disclose the budget for this requierement.

New clarification added: Question 1: In light of the case criteria provided, how many city cases are envisaged?Answer 1: The paper should include at least three case studies. Question 2: Do you envisage researchers carrying out research missions to each city?Answer 2: The researchers are not expected to carry out missions to each of the cities.
