Provision of Conference Facilities and Accommodation for OCHA Global Management Retreat

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified suppliers for the provision of conference facilities and accommodation for OCHA Global Management Retreat (2018) that will take place in Montreux, Switzerland on 11 and 12 September 2018, as per the following requirements: - Availability of a Conference Room to accommodate around 120 participants on 11 and 12 September 2018; - Conference package including equipment, beverages etc. - Availability of 4 break-out rooms (with sitting tables and chairs accommodating minimum 25 people each), 1 room as secretariat, 1 computer room / space to provide access to Internet preferably WIFI to participants; - Boarding and lodging for 2 nights (10 to 12 September) for all participants: Two (2) breakfasts for all 120 participants (Day-2 and Day-3) shall be included in rooms’ booking throughout the event. Two (2) lunches for all 120 participants (Day-2 and Day-3) One (1) dinner-reception for all 120 participants (Day-1) One (1) team-building Event + Light Dinner for all 120 participants (Day-2) Four (4) coffee breaks for all 120 participants (in the morning and afternoon sessions on Day-2 and Day-3);
