The African Union - United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Supply and delivery of 30 x20'' last trip ISO containers and Sea / land Freight Forwarding, packing, Insurance and Related Services for Shipment of OFFICE SUPPLIES from FCA Genoa, Italy, to DDU Nyala, Sudan (Incoterms 2000). Companies interested in receiving the solicitation documents are requested to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) to include the following information. a. Company’s Profile; b. Financial statement demonstrating sufficient financial solidity to enter into a contract with the United Nations; c. Reference List of current or previous supply contracts on similar commodity, in sufficient details to allow UNAMID to consider your firm for the receipt of the solicitation Expression of Interest not addressing the above Points to the satisfaction of UNAMID shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNAMID reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
