Pharmaceuticals for MoH Sierra Leone

1.    The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) will solicit bids from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of Pharmaceuticals to MoH of Sierra Leone in 2010.

2.    In this acquisition process UNICEF is looking for vendors capable to supply all requested items together (however proposals for substitutions are welcomed).

3.    Suitable vendors MUST possess valid GDP licence issued by Drug Regulatory Authority.

4.    All pharmaceuticals MUST have marketing authorisation issued by stringent drug regulatory authority (i.e. member of PIC/S).

5.    All pharmaceuticals MUST have English labelling.

6.    Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal/offer. This is a request for expressions of interest (EOI), in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.

8.    UNICEF will examine the outcome of this EOI and reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise.
