Description of Requirement:

 The United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) in Sudan solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the provision of Domestic Freight Forwarding/ Inland Transportation and Related Services to UNICEF within Republic of Sudan. 

The intended agreement period is for Two (2) years with optional of one (1) year extensions.

 Conditions:

In order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation, vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described Below as a minimum requirement:

1.        they must be registered with UNGM and may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration and/or information.  

2.       Registration of New potential vendors and suppliers for UNICEF Sudan Country In order to update our existing Database.

3.       A copy of certificate of the company's legal registration i.e. Certificate of Incorporation;

4.       Ethical principles: must not have undertaken unethical, unprofessional or fraudulent activities and is not suspended, debarred, or otherwise identified as ineligible by any UN Organization or the World Bank Group for reason related to unethical behavior;

5.       Has experience in manufacturing or supplying products of interest to UNICEF, and is financially viable.

UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.  Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
