CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Important: The purpose of this call for EOI is to identify appropriate suppliers who can potentially fulfill the requirements. The present call for EOI does not constitute an invitation to tender. Only suppliers deemed qualified by ITC will receive the invitation to tender.

Terms of Reference (summary):

ITC is looking for a vendor specialized in e-commerce usability research and training.

 Duties of this vendors being:

• Providing ITC with access to its research in thematic areas of e-commerce usability, such as Home page, Product page, Product catalogue page, Checkout;
• Developing of a 5 day training module on usability themes;
• Developing an e-commerce usability diagnostic tool for ITC staff and consultants that will enable them run such diagnosis of e-commerce sites on their own;
• Delivering the first training to the selected ITC staff (a group of 25 coaches), in Rwanda, to  enable them rolling-out the same training on their own with other consultants/coaches. The 25 coaches will then run diagnosis with assigned enterprises;
• Licensing to ITC the use of the research, training module and tool developed.
