New clarification added: thanks again for the answer.Kindly advise1. "Empty container return charge" since we are not quoting the transport and destination is unkown, on what assumption we should base on?2. BL fee and release order fee, the rates are different based on different liners. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,This is Win Htay from Gandamar Shwe Pyi and we would like to know1)if we can bid only for Yangon customs clearance part only (exclude the border clearance) or we need to quote both Yangon and Muse?2) we didn't see trucking rate requested on the pricing sheet (but the clearance and offload labor only) shall we pricing trucking to those destinations?thank you,Answers1. Partial bid bid not acceptable. 2. Trucking not required
