CATERING SERVICES & SANDWICH BAR / SERVICIO DE CATERING Y BAR DE SANDWICHES

The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking for companies for the provision of catering services and sandwich bar for its Staff deployed in Bogotá -Colombia. The Contractor shall provide full catering services and sandwich bar to its personnel, including food commodities and other resources necessary to perform its tasks on a daily basis. Sandwich Bar services: The Sandwich bar services might consist of a full offer of daily products (hot and cold drinks, squeeze juices, fresh made sandwiches and salads, snacks, pastry, fruits and hot meals for lunch option (including vegetarian options), etc. The approximate number of personnel that could potentially be using the sandwich bar service in the facilities is approximately 80 to 100. A varying number of external visitors could use the Sandwich bar service. Catering services: The Catering services will consist of an offer of special menu options (appetizer, main dish, dessert and beverage) and Lunch Box (including vegetarian options). UNVMC hosts a certain number of events, conferences and meetings, which require catering services. Those events are pre-planned and this type of service will be request in advance. El Contratista debera proveer de una gama completa de servicios de catering y bar de sandwiches a su personal, incluyendo los instrumentos necesarios para brindar estos servicios de forma diaria. Bar de sandwiches: El servicio debe consistir en una amplia oferta de productos a diario (bebidas calientes y frias como ser jugos, sandwiches frescos, ensaladas, onces, pasteleria, frutas, comidas calientes para el almuerzo (incluyendo opciones vegetarianas), etc. El numero aproximado de personal que potencialmente usaria los servicios es de 80 a 100. Visitadores externos tambien podrian usar el bar de sandwiches. Servicio de catering: El servicio de catering consistira de una oferta de opciones de menu especiales (entrada, plato principal, postre y bebida) y cajas de almuerzo (incluyendo la opcion vegetariana). La mision realiza una serie de eventos como conferencias o reuniones que requieren servicios de catering. Estos eventos son planificados y este tipo de servicio se solicitan con anticipacion.
