Tender description: Feasibility Studies for the Renovation and Capacity Improvement of the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital (Cambodia) and Mittaphab Hospital (Lao PDR).
Bidders should note that the scope of work has been divided into 2 (two) separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1: Feasibility study for the renovation and capacity improvement of the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Lot 2: Feasibility study for the renovation and capacity improvement of the Mittaphab (Friendship) Hospital in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
Bidders should note that the Lots must be submitted separately, clearly marked as Lot 1 and Lot 2

Feasibility studies or screening of project ideas
New clarification added: Dear Mareike,As per your query posted on 01/03/2018, please find below our responses:1.- As it is mentioned in the e - sourcing portal, UNOPS will try to award the contract for the successful bidder(s) by 1st March, 2018. The consultancy company shall plan for 1 month mobilization period after the award of the contract, not included in the 3 month duration of the assignment.2.- The succesful bidder(s) is/are expected to start the feasibility studies at both locations at the same time, in order to comply with the timefreame referred in the e-sourcing portal and in the paragraph aboveThanks once again for your interest and quereis.

New clarification added: Dear Mareike,As per your query published on 27/02/2018:1.- UNOPS Individual Contractor can't be hired for this purpose, since it would ential a conflict of interest.2.- It is possible to submit bids for both lots. Lots must be submitted separately, clearly marked as Lot 1 and Lot 2Best regards

New clarification added: Dear Sander,Many thanks for your interest in this and your inputsAs per the Budget, UNOPS policies don't allow to disclose any at this stage.As far as the evaluation criteria are concerned, they take into consideration the combination between work in hand and financial capacity. This enables companies that have on going projects to score high when demonstrating a stable financial capacity to undertake the works.In light of this, the scoring system isn't biased towards neither big nor small companies.Should you require any further clarifications, please let me know.Best regards,Miguel
