Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials to the United Nations Entebbe Support Base,Uganda

The UNPD Regional Procurement Office (RPO), on behalf of MONUSCO hereby invites qualified and Competent Companies to submit their expressions of interests to establish a One- off Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials, as listed below, delivered on DAP United Nations Entebbe Support Base, Uganda (Incoterms 2010). 1. Lake sand, coarse, yellow or grey-150 cubic meter. 2.Plaster sand, fine, yellow, grey or white-75 cubic meter 3.Quarry/stone dust, 0 – 4 mm, well graded-100 cubic meter 4.Aggregates, 20 mm, machine-crushed-150 cubic meter 5.Aggregates, 10 mm, machine-crushed-150 cubic meter 6.Natural gravel (murram/limonite), coarse to fine, yellowish brown or other approved colour and well graded in the range of 2mm – 8mm-367 cubic meter 7.Clay bricks, well burnt, red or white, 112.5mm x 75mm x 225mm- 80,000 pieces 8.Timber, hardwood, 25mmx225mm, 4m long, free from knots and insect damage, and well-seasoned to moisture content in the range of 15% - 20%- 200 pieces 9.Timber, softwood, 50mmx100mm, 4m long, free from knots, and well-seasoned to moisture content in the range of 15% - 20%- 300 pieces 10.Timber, softwood, 50mmx150mm, 4m long, free from knots, and well-seasoned to moisture content in the range of 15% - 20%- 250pieces Prospective Companies should note that, once a Contract is in place, each delivery will be completed within a maximum of Seven (7) days from the date of issuance of Task Order.
