New clarification added: 1) We are registered at UNWEBBUY however our vehicle (EURO6) has a 1.5L diesel engine while your request is for 2L engine. would you consider this deviation?2) request in the documents is for 1 units however in the title it reads 2 units. could you please confirm the quantity requested?Answer:1) We are not in position to change the technical specification.2) The requested quantity is 2. The revised documents will be published in the section 'Documents' with remark 'revised' in the document title.

New clarification added: Dear SirWith reference to this RFQ, shall the offeror has to be a registered company in Serbia?Answer: The offeror does not have to be registered in the Republic of Serbia.

New clarification added: UNOPS requires, as part of Accessories and equipment, that the proposed vehicles musy include "all necessary equipment according to Serbian Law on Traffic safety". Could more information be given as to what equipment shall be necessary? For example, will Snow Chains be required as part of the standard Winter Time equipment?Answer: Winter time equipment does not have to be included in the offer, only items that are defined as obligatory for all seasons. These items are defined in the Rule book about the division of motor vehicles and trailers and technical conditions for vehicles in road traffic of the Republic of Serbia. Obligatory parts are: emergency safety triangle, car first aid kit in line with SRPS Z.B2.001 standard, highly visible safety vest in line with SRPS EN 471:2010 standard, tow rope or pole (depending on length - up to 3m pole and between 3m and 5m rope). Regarding Delivery place and Incoterms rules: does "net od any direct taxes, customs duties and indirect taxes and VAT" mean these itmes are to be INcluded or EXcluded?Answer: Price offered should exclude any taxes, custom duties, indirect taxes and VAT. UNOPS have the legal basis for exemption of these taxes before the delivery to the requested address. Price should include transport and offloading to the requested location and any custom clearance agency expenses, if there are any.
