Vehicle leasing of light trucks and sport utility vehicles
New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Please clarify the following the points.1. The specific location in Tana River County where the vehicles are to delivered on the date of contract commencement. The vehicles will be delivered to Hola Town and will be in use from 13th to 18th January 2018. 2. The tender specifies the required vehicles as Double cab or equivalent. Does this mean the vehicles to be supplied must be pickups (with open rear carriages) or will 4x4 Station wagons( e.g Toyota Prado's, Toyota hardtops e.t.c) acceptable? - Toyota Prado's, Toyota hardtops e.t.c) acceptable provided they meet the minimum technical specifications and are capable of off-road travel in the prevailing conditions in Tana River County.3. The tender specifies that the rate quoted shall be inclusive of fuel( Par 11 of Section II) . The Price Schedule Form appears to indicate that bidders shall quote a daily "Dry Rate"( meaning excluding fuel) plus fuel for 100kms. Please clarify if the daily rate to be quoted shall include fuel cost for 100kms or shall be a Dry Rate ( No Fuel).For 100 Kms Dry Rate, bidders are required to provide a rate inclusive of fuel.For any applicable extra mileage cost above 100 Kms, bidders are required to provide a rate inclusive of fuel. All rates quoted should be inclusive of vehicle maintenance/spare parts, comprehensive insurance and fuel. RegardsMoses

New clarification added: Dear Sir,Please be advised that for a bidder to submit a tender, their company must be registeered in UNGM. All other communictions related to the tender will be done through the e-sourcing platform.Kind regards,Jackson
