RFP for Computers and Accessories

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject:  RFP - Supplier of UNDP Standard Computer Equipment and Accessories

1.     You are cordially invited to submit a Proposal to supply standard computer equipment, accessories and related services to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), according to the Instructions, Conditions and Terms of Reference (TOR) contained in the Solicitation Documents of the attached RFP.

2.     Your offer comprising of an operational/technical proposal and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 12:00 noon, US Eastern Daylight Time, on   7 October 2009.  Please note that the delivery of this Proposal should be via courier or by hand to:

3.     If you request additional information, we would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your Proposal.

4.     You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal (see Annex V) via email with the subject “Intention to Submit Proposal to Supply UNDP Computer Equipment to oist.procurement@undp.org no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on 21 September 2009.
