Supply & Delivery of Gym Equipments to UNAMI, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq

1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for Provision of Supply & Delivery of Gym Equipments for UNAMI, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq (Incoterms 2010). 2.0 The purpose of this contract is to secure for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for the Provision of Supply & Delivery of Gym Equipments for UNAMI, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq. 2.1 The requirements will include, but not limited to, the followings: i. Capability to Supply and Deliver the required items to UNAMI premises in Baghdad, IZ, Iraq.The vendor should be committed to handle the delivery of the consignment entirely on its own, with no penalties to UNAMI, if fail to deliver. ii. Supply and delivery materials shall include all required manpower, transportation and necessary incidentals to ensure proper unloading of requested materials at UNAMI facility located in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. iii. Items to be with minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects iv. All deliveries should be completed in the shortest possible time v. All Equipment must be tested/certifed against international manufacturing standards Note: Proof of Documents must be submitted as part of technical requirements upon receipt of the tender document. 3.0 UNAMI intends to award the contract for one time purchase of Gym Equipments to UNAMI, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq. This contract will be awarded to the proposer that clearly demonstrates through a written proposal a high degree of experience, ability, competency and best-practice in these services. 4.0 The list of equipments is as follows: 1. Treadmill, LIFE FITNESS. LF-TR-ACT-OST or other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 7) 2. Elliptical Cross-trainer. LIFE FITNESS, LF-CT-ACT-OSX or any other brand with similar specification. (Qty 5) 3. Exercise Bike, LIFE FITNESS, LF-UB-ACT-BASIC or any other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 5) 4. Linear Leg Press, LIFE FITNESS, LF-ST-OS-MP or any other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 1) 5. Hammer Strength Plate Loaded V-squat. HAMMER STRENGTH. PL-VSQ or any other brand with similar specification. (Qty 2) 6. Linear Leg Press, HAMMER STRENGTH, HSLLP or any other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 1) 7. Iso-Lateral Front Lat Pulldown, HAMER STRENGTH. IL-PD or any other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 1) 8. Rubber Tiles, 50X50X2.5 cm. FITNESS PLUS. FITNESSPLUS MATE Color 15% White Ultra Tiles or any other brand with similar specifications. (Qty 30) 1.0.3 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. 2.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Works, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 3.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB/RFP document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
