LRFP 2017 9134734 INSTITUTIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The purpose of this Request For Proposal for services (RFPS) is to invite proposals for institutional Graphic Designer services as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at ANNEX A.

This RFPS document is comprised of the following:

- The LRFP-2017-9134734 Institutional Graphic Designer document

- The full Terms of Reference attached at Annex A

- The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of contract ( Services) which are attached as Annex B to this document

- The Supplier Profile Form Annex C (to fill and send with documents required)

The consultant company will be supervised by the Education specialist ( Emergencies) in the education section of UNICEF WCARO.

Beneficiaries of services should be  the 24 countries in Western and Central Africa Region.
