Provision of Maintenance, Repair and Spare parts for UNAMI 4x4 Armored Vehicles in the International Zone Area (IZ), Baghdad, Iraq.

1. United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposals for the Provision of Maintenance, Repair and Spare parts for UNAMI 4x4 Armored Vehicles (Toyota Land cruiser 105,76 and 78 Series, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Excursion) in the International Zone Area (IZ), Baghdad, Iraq. 2. UNAMI seeks a 4x4 armored Vehicle Maintenance service provider inside the International Zone Area, Baghdad Iraq. UNAMI intends to award a contract for one year from the day contact was signed by both parties. The contract may be extended to an additional two years, one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance at the discretion of UNAMI. Scope of Requirement : • To carry out repairs of UNAMI Armoured vehicles in the International Zone. • To provide and install armoured glass. • To provide spare parts and install as required for the repair of UNAMI vehicles. • To provide spare parts to UNAMI upon request. • To provide a quotation of labour cost on an hourly basis. 3. For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to qualify and fulfill UNAMI’s requirement.
