Provision of General Cleaning and Accommodation Management Services in Somalia (CN)

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) has a requirement for the Provision of General Cleaning and Accommodation Management Services in Somalia. The successful Contractor will be expected to provide: 1. Cleaning services. Services cover offices and conference rooms, common areas, washrooms and medical facilities. This includes collecting and transferring waste to designated waste bins within the camps. Locations covered are: Mogadishu, Baledogle, Dhobley, Baidoa, Belet Weyne, Jowhar, Kismaayo and any other location). 2. Accommodation Management and House Keeping Services. This entails receiving and processing accommodation reservations, coordinating cleaning of rooms, scheduling maintenance and monitoring services provided and billing for services rendered in accomodation camps established in Somalia and used by UNSOS Staff, other UN ageancies and other associated organizations. The services shall be all inclusive (manpower, materials and equipment). For this requirement, UNSOS will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and considers inviting those companies which will have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNSOS’s requirement. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal. Interested companies must complete the Vendor Response Form and Return it to the attention of UNSOS Chief Procurement Officer no later than 04:00 PM Nairobi local time on 02 October 2017, directly through UNGM or via (a) e-mail as PDF attachment to unsoa-procurement@un.org and njiinu@un.org. UNSOS will consider a split award based on the locations indicated. Vendors may indicate more than one location that they are interested in submitting a proposal for provision of the required services. Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full. UNSOS reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete or are received after the stated deadline.
