New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, This is a request for clarification for ITB 2017/1172: 1. Could you please forward detailed specifications for reinforcement patch and placement? 2. Such low GSM (80) at 8x8 weave is not possible. We are unable to offer one year warranty. Please let us know if we can submit our offer anyway. New clarification added: Dear Sir,We are the manufacture of PE tarpaulin and we are a company.There is not any joint venture. please clear can the manufacture directly particapated in the tender ?If yes then what to submit in joint venture form it is mendatoryRegards,PrabhatDear Sir,Yes, you can also participate in this ITB.Joint Venture Form is not mondatory, We menitoned , it is optional.Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Ma’am,We request you kindly clarify followings: 1. In case of joint venture, Form F: Manufacturers Authorization Letter is required or not.2. In case of joint venture consortium Agreement (JVCA), can lead partner(supplier) utilize the supply record of the another member (manufacturer) of JVCA ion Form G: Performance Statement Form?3. Can JVCA members be of same country other than beneficiary Country (Myanmar)? For example both members of JVCA are from USA.4. In case of joint venture , all the pages of the bid is required to initialled and signed by each member or only Form A: Joint Venture Partner Information Form is required to signed by each member of JVCA.Dear Sir,1. New clarification added: Dear Sir,Following are our queries.1. Your Specification requirment is Length x Width: 7.3152 m x 7.3152 m while our finish size is 7.0652 x 7.2152m. will it be accpted ?2.
