It is anticipated that the Procurement Division of the United Nations will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the above subject. In this connection, the UN is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to supply the United Nations with Telecommunication parts and Materials—including connectors, cables, and tools—to support the United Nations Headquarters Infrastructure Section . The material supply solution should fulfil the following requirements, among other desirable ones: 1) Provision of material in a timely manner upon receipt of the Order and delivery of the consignment from the Point of Origin to the UN Locations. 2) It is essential that invited vendors are current authorized distributors of Hubbell and Corning telecommunications products. 3) it is essential that invited vendors have local representation and warehouses, and a supply chain, to ensure prompt response within an 8-hour period, 24/7, including weekends and holidays
