15/08/2017 - The bids shall be opened on Monday, 21st  August, at 11:00 Copenhagen time at UN City, Marmorvej 51, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening.  Kindly confirm by email masiello@unfpa.org by Friday 18th August whether your company shall be represented at the bid opening.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), invite sealed bids for the supply of medical furniture for their programmes and third party clients worldwide.

•           The deadline to submit questions is 26th July at 17h00 Copenhagen time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Nuria Cardalliaguet Amich (amich@unfpa.org) and Giovanni Masiello (masiello@unfpa.org).

•           The deadline to submit your proposal is 15th August, 2017 at 17h00 Copenhagen time – Proposals to be submitted through UNFPA’s secure email address (bidtender@unfpa.org).
