SAP Position budgeting and control (PBC) Implementation project
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on SAP Position budgeting and control (PBC) Implementation project. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.
Scope of Work
The Court is planning the implementation of the SAP Position Budget and Control (PBC) platform in order to improve its control of staff cost during the year. The main purpose of the project it to build a bridge between SAP’s HR management and SAP’s Fund Management modules by allowing the transfer of staff costs from HR to budget monitoring tools. The ultimate goal is to improve the Court’s budget monitoring and forecast by effectively reconciling staff-related actions with their financial consequences. The Court is hoping to improve visibility and control of its staff costs by automating the connexion between HR post management and financial monitoring.
The Court is seeking the services of specialised consultant to support the installation and configuration of the PBC solution to fit the specific processes of the Court. The solution should be available to test during the third and fourth quarter of 2017 and should be fully operational by the beginning of 2018.
The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI.
