1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for Provision of Upgrade, Maintenance and Repair of CCTV System at UNAMI Regional Offices in Erbil, Iraq for initial period of one year and subject to extension for additional four years, one year at a time, under the same terms and conditions subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds and continuation of UNAMI mandate. 2.0 The purpose of this contract is to secure for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for the Provision of Upgrade, Maintenance and Repair of CCTV System at UNAMI Regional Offices in Erbil, Iraq. 3.0 UNAMI intends to award the contract for one year, with the option to extend at UNAMI’s discretion under the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional one year periods. This contract will be awarded to the proposer that clearly demonstrates through a written proposal a high degree of experience, ability, competency and best-practice in these services. 4.0 The equipment that would require upgrade, repair and maintenance services is as follows: # ITEM MANUFACTURER MODEL QTY 1. UPS stand-up time 60min APC APC5000 1 1.0.3 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. 1.0.4 A MANDATORY SITE VISIT to the location will be required by the vendor prior to bid submission, which will be scheduled by UNAMI and anounced in the Tender document. 2.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Works, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 3.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB/RFP document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
