Invitation To Bid # TN-SS-2017-24 - Procurement of vegetable seeds for South Sudan

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations through its Representation in South Sudan herewith invites you to submit a bid for Procurement of Vegetable Seeds as described in the attached Invitation To Bid (ITB) # TN-SS-2017-024 to be delivered to Juba, South Sudan.

You are requested to kindly revert with an acknowledgement of receipt whether you intend or not to participate. Suppliers are invited to submit their best offer for the seeds described in the Tender Document that is attached to the present Notice under the section entitled Documents.  Please ensure that all instructions contained in the tender document are followed when preparing and submitting your bid.

Please note that the deadline for submission of bid is on 15 May 2017 at 11:00 a.m. East Africa / Juba’s time and we would appreciate your bid before then.

Offers should NOT be returned to this email BUT ONLY to the email address mentioned in the ITB (FAO-DO-Tenders@fao.org ) or sent to the other indicated means. OFFERS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID.

Please read carefully the instructions listed in the solicitation document. All submissions should be in .pdf format. Your offer may be submitted in one or more emails not to exceed 10 MB each.
