Dear Sir / Madam:

 

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the procurement of Vehicles Insurance Policies for UNDP, Lebanon, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. 

 

Quotations shall be submitted on or before March 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut Local Time, and via e-mail, or via courier mail or by hand to the address below:

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 8 MB, virus-free and no more than 2 email transmissions.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
