Description

The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) in South Sudan is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from well established, fully qualified, reputable and financially capable companies with a solid experience in the construction of bridges in South Sudan and/or within the Central/Eastern Africa region.

Description of project and required services

The project includes site investigation and construction of approx. 160 m three span bridge over the Jur River and the associated approach roads as part of the feeder road Kuajok-Lunyaker in Warrap State, South Sudan. To implement the project WFP-South Sudan intends to engage a qualified company capable to provide the services described in the EOI document.

Companies which possess relevant experience and proven record of successful implementation of similar projects are encouraged to apply.

 

Deadline to request EOI document:

Interested companies can request the full EOI package of documents by sending an email to the following address:

No later than Monday 20 March 2017 at 05:00 pm Eastern African Time.

 

Deadline for requesting clarifications:

Any requests for clarifications shall be sent to the email address: JUBA.PROCUREMENT@WFP.ORG

no later than 23 March 2017 at 05:00 pm EAT.

 

Deadline for submitting the response to the EOI document:

The deadline for submitting the complete response to the EOI is not later than Friday 27 March 2017 at 05:00 pm EAT.

Interested companies should complete all the documents received with the EOI package and submit in conformity with instructions that will be received with the package. Failure to submit all required documents may result in exclusion from the process.
