Attached please find RFP-DAN-2017-502425 for the procurement of Zika Virus (ZIKV) Diagnostics(for testing at Point-of-Care), including for access to an Advance Purchase Commitment (APC) for delivery during 2017-2019

Please read all the Instructions to Proposers carefully to ensure offers submitted are in full compliance with UNICEF requirements.  Any requests for information and/or clarifications must be made in accordance with 3.9 REQUESTING INFORMATION FROM UNICEF DURING THE TENDER PERIOD found on page 13 of the RFP.   

Suppliers are invited to develop a proposal that provides a comprehensive explanation of the offer being made. The proposal must include a signed PROPOSAL FORM in original. ANSWER SHEETS have been provided to assist in the organization of the proposal. Pls refer to section 3.5 and 3.20 for more details on how to prepare your proposal.

Please note that all proposals must be returned to UNICEF in a SEALED format, as defined on the RFP  Front Page .However, For ease of completion of your offer, find attached ANNEX 5 in Excel format in a protected format . please note that you need to fill in the sheets as applicable and insert a hardcopy  with your sealed proposal along with a soft copy using CD/USB clearly marked by the name of your company.

SEALED PROPOSALS must be received at the following address  by 16:00 hours (Copenhagen time) on 7 March 2017. Please note that there won’t be public bid opening.
