Procurement of Anti-Tuberculosis Medicines for Turkmenistan

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid in response to this Invitation to Bid for Second-Line Tuberculosis Medicines destined to Turkmenistan. 

Please note the following important issues when considering submission of your offer in response to this ITB:

1. As stated in the ITB, your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Bid, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 and received no later than 4 November 2016 by 14:00 Copenhagen time (CET) by electronic submission to pso.bidtender@undp.org.
2. Supplier eligibility and minimum qualification requirements have been indicated in the ITB. Your offer shall include all requested documentation to assess fulfilment of these.
3. This Invitation to Bid is open to bidders whose products have been deemed eligible for inclusion in the tender in compliance with the Global Fund's Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures (published at http://www.theglobalfund.org/en/sourcing/qa/medicines/). A bid submitted for a product for which the bidder has not received regulatory approval status in accordance with the GF Quality Assurance policy and procedures shall not be considered in the ITB evaluation.
4. As indicated in the ITB the deadline for bidders to submit requests for clarifications / questions – 1 November 2016.
