ITB-163/16 - Rehabilitation of Big Ramadi Water Project 6000m3/hr, Anbaar Governorate - Iraq.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted via electronic submission (email) to: bids.iraq@undp.org, latest by 13 October 2016 by 14:00 hours.

The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work, prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 4 October 2016 between 10:30 till 12:30 - Focal Person: Eng. Adeeb Numan Abdulaziz, Mobile: 0790 142 53 62

Scope of Work:-

The project target is to develop Big Ramadi Water Project which is located at the north of Ramadi beside Euphrates River to reach its high capacity and quality in providing many neighbourhood in Ramadi city with the purified water. The capacity of this water station is 6000 m3/hr.

The work includes cleaning the site, cleaning the withdrawal area (land and river), repairing the existing buildings, repairing the filters valves, some mechanical and electrical provisions and works, replacing the filters materials, clean the sedimentation basins, provision of specialized equipment such as pumps of different capacities. In addition, the work also includes repairing of two existing diesel Generators type Caterpillar 2000kVA.
