  1. Summary

The present terms of reference cover the provision of service and maintenance for the voice network currently implemented in the UNHCR Budapest Service Centre (BSC), as per specifications below.

 

BSC spans over the following 2 locations:

 

  • UNHCR Budapest Service Centre, designated as BSC 1, 5/B-C-D Ipoly utca, 1133 Budapest
  • UNHCR Budapest Service Centre (extension) designated as BSC 2, Buildings B-C, 1st and 2nd floors, Duna Tower, 22 Népfürdő Utca, 1138 Budapest

 

 

  1. Timeline

 

In case a new service provider is selected (transfer of services from the current incumbent, T-systems) the new service provider is expected to resume full services to UNHCR at the cut-off date of the current contract. The bidder will make sure the transition period with the current incumbent is factored in the offer to UNHCR inclusive but not limited to direct coordination with T-systems. The start of the service, in full production mode, including work acceptance by UNHCR, are expected for the 16th of January 2017.

 

 

  1. Technology

 

The technology used is Cisco Business Edition BE 6000 running Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) release 10.5.2, the deployment type is a High Availability (HA) cluster.
