We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Construction works for the renovation of an office space in the UN house (14 P.Adamyan, Yerevan), as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5MB, virus-free and no more than 3 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

Under the administrative supervision of the Project Coordinator, technical supervision of the Project’s Civil Engineer Consultant and under the author’s inspection the Contractor is to provide the construction and repairing services to develop the working space (11.2mX10.3m=115.5 sq.m, and 51 sq.m general use corridor) located on the third floor of the UN Armenia Country office building in conformity with national requirements for such operations.
