Description

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), based in Geneva (Switzerland) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the second phase of the WIPO Connect project which aims to adapt the solution to the neighboring right management. The first phase of the project will end in July 2016, with the delivery of WIPO Connect Music, covering music copyright operations for the Collective Management Organizations (CMOs).

The details of the requirement which is the subject of this tender can be found in the attached Annex I – Terms of Reference, Annex IV - High level specifications phase 1 and Annex V -  High level business requirements phase 2.

The purpose of the RFP will be to seek an external partner for the second phase of the project which will have the necessary technology and/or expertise related to the collective management industry.

Any interested company wishing to participate in the RFP procedure is invited to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) N°. PTD/16/040 via this e-Tendering Portal (ETP) and to download documents enabling it to respond and submit an offer.
