Description

The purpose of this ITB is UNICEF is to seek proposals from qualified Service Providers and to establish a Long Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) for the provisions of Session Initiation Protocol (“SIP”) Trunk and Transport Services (the “SIP Trunk & Transport Services”). 

 

The objective of this LTAS is to allow UNICEF to purchase services from the service provider when required on the rates offered in response to the ITB for an initial two years, starting 15 June 2016, with the option to extend for a third additional year on the rates offered in response to the ITB. UNICEF shall review the performance of the provider at the end of each year.  UNICEF shall have the right to terminate the LTAS if the service provided is not satisfactory, no longer needed, or if budgetary resources become constrained.

 

UNICEF is most interested in receiving proposals from Bidders who have significant, demonstrable experience in delivering SIP Trunk & Transport Services.
