Dear Madam/Sir,

UNICEF Headquarters in New York is seeking proposals from potential vendors to enter into an Institutional Contract for Services with UNICEF to provide an Independent Assessment on the consistency and alignment of the new Cost Recovery Methodology as per attached RFPS-USA-2016-502245 and its Appendices.

If interested, you are invited to submit a sealed proposal by Monday 16 May 2016, no later than 16:00 hours New York time. You will find the relevant information on how to submit the proposal in the following attachments:
