Description

Within the framework of the Security Modernization Project, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), issues the present Invitation to Bid for the Delivery, Installation, maintenance and Support Services of Security Speed gates and Security Airlock Systems (SAS).

Please take special note of the following deadlines:

Ø  Deadline for confirming the participation to the Mandatory and Eliminatory Site Visit (see Notice of Invitation Part I of the Solicitation document) is Monday 9 May 2016 (12h00 hours Geneva Time) to Ms. Valentina Pistritto valentina.pistritto@itu.int and cc. Proc@itu.int;

Ø  Deadline for submission of Request for Clarifications is Wednesday 18 May 2016 (12h00 Geneva Time) to Ms. Valentina Pistritto valentina.pistritto@itu.int and cc. Proc@itu.int; 

Ø  Solicitation Closing date is Friday 3 June 2016 (12h00 Geneva Time) as per procedure set forth in Section 9 of the solicitation document. 

It shall be noted that all communications will be done through the UNGM website, therefore it is highly recommended to check on a regular basis if amendments or any other information have posted in relation to this solicitation.
