Repair works of 4 social infrastructure projects located on the Left Bank of Nistru River (Transnistria region) - 2 LOTs

UNDP Moldova invites a company or consortium of companies which have demonstrated experience in undertaking civil works in Transnistria region to submit their bids for undertaking civil works of 2 or 4 project sites licated on the Left Bank of Nistru River (Transnistria region). 

The Works are split into two (2) LOTs, such as follows:

Lot 1, Site 1: Capital repairing works of the Polyclinics building in Dnestrovsc town

Lot 1, Site 2: Repairing works in the School of Nezavertailovca village, Slobozia rayon

Lot 2, Site 1: Repairing works in the School №2 of Chitcani village, Slobozia rayon

Lot 2, Site 2: Repairing works in the block for events’ and sport hall of the School of Glinoie village, Slobozia rayon

On 27 October 2015 at 15:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. To confirm participation, please, send a message to liliana.samburschii@undp.org by COB on Monday, 26 October, 2015.

Bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 (Moldova local time) on 06 November 2015. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 06 November 2015 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 30/10/2015: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Bidders, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Invitation to Bid document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

UPDATE 02/11/2015: Minutes of the Pre-proposal Conference held on 27/10/2015 are now published below.

Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
