The United Nations Global Service Centre/United Nations Logistics Base (UNGSC/UNLB) based in Brindisi, Italy requires the services of a qualified contractor for the Provision of Refurbishment and Construction of two toilet facilities located at two separate locations within the UNGSC/UNLB compound.

Respectively the works will cover:

1. The refurbishment of existing bathrooms on two separate floors in an office building. Bathroom areas to be refurbished are on the ground and first floors. Each area where new restrooms are to be built is approximately 150 square meters; and

2. The construction of an ~100-sqm one-story building that will serve as a toilet facility for both male and female staff. The new building shall be complete with all related electrical and plumbing works needed to deliver a fully operational facility.

Bidders will be given the opportunity to visit the site, ask questions and familiarize themselves with all relevant details before submitting their Bid. The site visit will be mandatory in order for the bidders to gather the preliminary data concerning the site and to examine the fundamental aspects needed to organize the works. The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date of this EOI.
