Provision of On-site Management and Maintenance Services of Photocopiers in the United Nations B ...

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) invites Expression Of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of full on-site photocopier management and maintenance services for all photocopiers currently located at the United Nations Buildings, Bangkok, Thailand.

In order to ensure the full operability of all photocopiers, UNESCAP intends to engage a Contractor to satisfactorily provide the following services: i) All necessary services and consumable supplies for the efficient performance of equipment i.e. toner, drum, spare parts, etc., except papers and staples to UNESCAP;

ii) Provision of one stand-by technician during UNESCAP official working days (Monday-Friday) from 0800 to 1600 hours to maintain the photocopiers at a serviceable level.

iii) The stand-by technician shall be available to provide prompt services within 30 minutes upon receipt of the notification. The prompt services are also important and essential due to urgent requests through on-line form, for the provision of maitnenance service of photocopiers.

iv) Provision of a stand-by machine of comparable capacity and performance at no cost to UNESCAP, within eight (8) working hours if the malfunctioning photocopier cannot be fixed.

v) Duration: Initial period of contract: 6 months (1 July -31 December 2015) First Optional extension period: 3 months ( 1 January – 31 March 2016) Second optional extension period: 3 months (1 April – 30 June 2016)
