The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing a competitive bidding for: “Outcome evaluation in civic engagement”.

Detailed information is given in the attached Request for Proposals.

Instructions: Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelope to the  Office 26 Bokey Khan str., Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan addressed to Yerzhan Temirgaliyev, Procurement Associate, not later than 18:00 l.t. 16 April 2011.
