1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intend to solicit offers for the supply of Business cards, and Self-Inki Rubber Stamps to UNAMI Baghdad Green zone, Iraq, on "as and when require" basis. 2.0 UNAMI office in Baghdad intends to secure the Supply of Business Cards & Stamps on regular basis to meet the requirement of staff at various locations. 3.0 Timing the effective date of this contract, to be awarded, is anticipated to commence as soon as possible for one year with an option of extension another four year (one year at a time). 4.0 Delivery of the Business Cards & Stamps to UNAMI Baghdad Office International Zone shall be effected within three (3) working days from the date of the Supply Order. 5.0 Sample of BC/Stamps should be submitted along with the bids 6.0 Printing and delivery of UNAMI Business Cards & Stamps, in quantity of 5 sets on monthly basis. The contractor should understand that above mentioned figures are given only for indicative purposes and has no connection to financial or any other commitments of UNAMI. 7.0 If requested by UNAMI, the contractor shall deliver the Business Cards & Stamps required on an urgent basis at no additional cost to UNAMI. 8.0 The Contractor shall cover all transportation and other expenses related to the return of Business Cards & Stamps when it is necessary as a result of the contractor’s fault or negligence. 9.0 The contractor shall follow the instruction of UNAMI very strictly with the specification be given in the solicitation process. For this purpose UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, and accordingly would issue a bid/tender to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Requirement, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related,documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form. To obtain the mentioned form, please contact UNAMI as per the above details. Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for bid/tender document.
