PURCHASE OF AUDIO AND VISUAL EQUIPMENT

1. The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to solicit proposals for the purchase of Audio & Visual equipment (Video switcher, USB hub, LCD Monitors, video digital cameras, Intercom system, etc). 2. For this purpose, MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly. Accordingly, MINUSTAH would issue Invitation To Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill MINUSTAH’s requirements. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal. 3. Companies, interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) on or before 26 March 2015, via fax or e-mail to the address indicated above. The EOI must include the following information: • Name of the Company • Postal and physical address • Phone & Fax numbers • E-mail address • Name and title of the contact person • Brief explanation on the background and experience of the Company including clients’ references. 4. This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSTAH reserves the right in selecting the companies to participate in the bidding. Responding to this EOI does not guarantee that such company will be invited to tender.
