Supply of Vertical Compressed Air Tank for the Hargeisa Urban Water Upgrading Project (HUWSUP)

UNON, on behalf of UN-HABITAT, hereby invites qualified firms to submit their Expression of Interest to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Supply of a Vertical Compressed Air Tank for the Hargeisa Urban Water Upgrading Project (HUWSUP). Below is a brief description of the requirements: Supply and factory testing of vertical stainless steel air tank 2 m3 (1 unit). The manufacturing and testing shall be according to AD 2000 or equivalent. The detailed performance characteristics of the air tank shall be included in the tender document that will be issued after this REOI is closed. The air tank shall be supplied with 2-years of spare parts. Delivery Terms: CIF Berbera, Somaliland Estimated Delivery Time: 10 January 2016 UNON intends to Contract a qualified firm for the supply of the above mentioned equipment for a period of 20 months (time for manufacture + warranty), subject to satisfactory performance and related conditions. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to margaret.mathenge@unon.org, with a copy to jayne.ekema@unon.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Vendors which in UN's sole discrition are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
