Description of General Requirement: The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for Supply and Delivery of Engineering hand tools to UNMISS Logistics base in Juba, Tomping Site, Republic of South Sudan. Conditions: Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: • United Nations Global Market Registration Number. Company must be registered in this line of business. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); Important Notice: 1. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 2. Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with UNGM and may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. 3. Vendors already registered at UNGM Basic level and Level 1 are strongly advised to upgrade registration to Level 2. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest–“Request for Expression of Interest for Supply and Delivery of Engineering hand tools to UNMISS Logistics base in Juba, Tomping Site, Republic of South Sudan.” must be received by UNMISS no later than 1200 hours local time in South Sudan (GMT +3) on Friday, 06 March 2015, via e-mail address: boy@un.org, with copy to matasva@un.org.
