Description

Dear Sir or Madam,

The International Telecommunication Union issues the present Invitation to Bid n. PROC-AB-0127-15-BDT for the provision of equipment for visually impaired users in the Kyrgyz Republic under the Regional Initiative CIS on ensuring access to telecommunication/ICT services for persons with disabilities.

The detailed products and services to be provided, which are described in Part III “Technical Specifications” to the present Invitation to Bid, will be delivered in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Accordingly, the Successful Vendor shall undertake to obtain at its own risk and cost all necessary import or export licenses and authorizations.

Vendors must aware that any Contract resulting from this Tender shall contain ITU General Terms and Conditions (herewith attached Annex 4) and any other specific terms and conditions detailed in this Tender. Therefore, the Successful Vendor shall warrant that all goods and services delivered or performed will be free from defects in workmanship or material and will comply with the Terms and Conditions specified in Annex 4. All such warranties shall remain effective for a period of at least two (2) years.

Vendors requiring any clarification about the Invitation to Bid document, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries by the deadline of Tuesday, 24 February 2015 at 15:00 hours (Geneva time). to the following e-mail addresses:
