In accordance with the UNDP Barbados and the OECS Subregional Office Evaluation Plan for 2014, a midterm evaluation of the Subregional Programme should be conducted to assess the programme UNDP progress towards achieving the programme outcomes and the extent to which UNDP has contributed to these outcomes through its project and non-project activities.
