Comprehensive Outdoor Maintenance Services at IAEA Seibersdorf, Austria

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirements for all seasons outdoor maintenance work for the IAEA Laboratories in Seibersdorf, including the property’s road network, pedestrian areas, and land. The Contractor shall provide year-round continuous and comprehensive outdoor maintenance services to ensure that hte property remains in a well kept condition, is groomed and cleared from debris, and is passble at all times for vehicles and pedestrians.
