Long Term Agreement for the provision of Office and Residential Furniture for UNTSO/UNSCO

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to establish a contract for the supply of Office & Residential Furniture under a Long Term Agreement (LTA) on “when and as required” basis to the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) and the United Nations Special Coordinator Office (UNSCO). The initial period of the contract shall be for one (3) years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions, i.e., (3+1+1 years) at the sole discretion of UNTSO and under the same terms and conditions. The awarded company will be required to supply the furniture under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, unless otherwise specified in the quotation, to transport and deliver the requested goods to UNTSO and the delivery time after mission call off must be within 10 working days. The required furniture includes: * Office Desks * Office Workstations and tables. * Office Chairs. * Clothing Accessories. * Industrial Furniture. * Bedding, Linen and Towels. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: 1. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify contractors that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued. 2. UNTSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be invited to participate in the bidding process. Only contractors which in UN's sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their REOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents. 3. Companies interested to be invited to participate in the solicitation process are invited to submit their Expression of Interest and to send a copy of the following documents to the email: sayyam@un.org: A. Brief relevant information about the company including the company's profile, capacity/capability and experience. B. Copy of a valid business/trading license. 4. Companies MUST have working experience in provision of similar goods and services. 5. Note that companies that have previously submitted EOI for similar services with UN must re-submit full documentation as detailed above. 6. UNTSO will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider companies who have expressed their interest by providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill the requirement.
